FP & A Manager - Permanent Hybrid

Our Mississauga based client, a global leader in the CPG industry, has recently promoted their Financial Planning and Analysis Manager and is seeking a replacement to join their Canadian operations. If you possess a Business/Accounting degree, CMA as well as 3 years+ related experience, this exciting opportunity could be for you. This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days onsite per week. The FP & A Manager will lead a small local team. Job requirements include:

  • Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills
  • Experience with budgeting, variance analysis, and performance reporting
  • Advanced Excel and proficiency with BI/ERP systems
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS)
  • Excellent communication and business partnering abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem?solving skills
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience leading or mentoring analysts
  • Detail?oriented with strong prioritization and organizational skills
