Overview

We are looking for a skilled and friendly PMU Brow & Lip Blush Artist to join our team at Arch Angel by Doll Me Up. The ideal candidate has a passion for enhancing natural beauty through expert permanent & semi-permanent makeup, brow artistry, and threading. This is a fantastic opportunity for a newer artist who wants to grow their clientele while working in a supportive, professional studio.

You'll provide high-quality services, create personalized experiences for each client, and help us maintain an exceptional standard of care in the studio (home-based).

Responsibilities

  • Perform permanent makeup services, including:
  • Powder brows
  • Nano brows
  • Lip blushing
  • Provide professional brow shaping, including:
  • Threading
  • Waxing
  • Henna brows
  • Regular tinting
  • Brow lamination
  • Perform lash lifts with strong technique and precision
  • Conduct thorough consultations to understand client goals and recommend suitable treatments
  • Maintain a warm, welcoming experience for every client
  • Follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols
  • Educate clients on proper aftercare for PMU and brow services
  • Assist with promoting retail products that support long-lasting results
  • Support with light front desk & housekeeping tasks when needed (greeting clients, maintaining a tidy studio, etc.)

Requirements

  • Training and hands-on experience in:
  • Permanent makeup (brows + lips)
  • Threading
  • Henna brows/tinting
  • Brow lamination
  • Lash lifts
  • English as your first language (clear communication is essential)
  • Must carry your own insurance
  • Must live in Mississauga and have your own vehicle
  • Available to work Mondays, Tuesdays & Thursdays - day time and/or evenings
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining a professional, client-first attitude
  • A passion for beauty, trends, and continuous skill development
  • Some of your own clients, but motivated to grow your book further
