As one of Cape Breton's most dynamic companies, Northern Contracting Ltd is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Controller to join our team.

Office Administrator

Responsibilities:

· Answering telephone calls and relaying messages

· Assisting Accounts Payable Clerk - Printing daily invoices, matching invoices with PO's

· Data organization and file management

  • File Maintenance
  • General office administration
  • Other ad hoc duties and projects as necessary

Qualifications:

3+ years' experience

Proficient skills in the Microsoft Office Suite;
