Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Host/Host to join our team at Milano Global in Canada. This role is vital in ensuring that our guests receive a warm welcome and exceptional service, aligning with our mission of treating every client with respect and dignity.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with a positive first impression.
  • Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
  • Assist guests with menu inquiries and provide recommendations.
  • Ensure that the dining area is clean and organized.
  • Collaborate with the serving staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns professionally.
  • Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to enhance guest experience.
  • Uphold Milano Global's standards of hospitality at all times.

Qualifications * Proven experience in guest services or hospitality roles.

  • Strong communication skills with an emphasis on customer service.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with restaurant operations and POS systems is preferred.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for providing excellent service.
