About Pathway CTM: Empowering Careers

Driving Young People to find the right pathway for them – kickstart their career

Pathway CTM is a growing socially purposed business that helps school-leavers fulfil their potential and get into the world of work.

To do this we work with a range of companies and education partners to deliver our Employability Programme: made up of Events, Application Clinics, One-to-One Support, and Work Experience opportunities.

We are a driving force, helping young people find the right pathway, not just any pathway, but the one best suited to them. This comes before anything, and the brands we work with, buy into this philosophy. By putting the young person first, we organically support our employer partners with the right, diverse talent to join their early talent programmes.

We are Honest, Professional, Caring and Motivating. And any of the work we do, shout Inspire, Inform and Support – ideally all three

  • Responsible for management of shared inboxes per a team rota, including student, parent, & teacher queries relating to projects.
