Position Overview:

The Operations Support Analyst
plays a key role in ensuring product data accuracy, successful retail listings, and smooth coordination across procurement, sales, logistics, and customer service. This position will manage product set-ups, GS1 data requirements, retailer portal submissions, and ongoing product maintenance to support efficient operations and continued growth.

This is a
full-time, on-site position
based at our Montréal office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage retail product listings across major retailers and distributors;
  • Maintain and upload accurate product data in GS1, including listing information (i.e. packaging dimensions and nutritional information);
  • Create, update, and manage item SKU master data in internal ERP systems;
  • Complete vendor item form submissions and compliance documentation for large retailers.
  • Assist in maintaining price lists and entering other key customer information in the CRM and ERP;
  • Access and maintain retailer portals to ensure listings and product attributes remain current and compliant.
  • Collaborate with Procurement and Sales teams to onboard new products and support promotional activities.
  • Support Operations and Logistics with accurate product specifications for receiving, warehousing, and labeling.
  • Assist with internal reporting, product catalogs, and documentation updates.
  • Troubleshoot data discrepancies, item rejections, and listing issues proactively.

Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of experience in operations, supply chain support, retail grocery listings, or related roles.
  • Experience with GS1 and major retailer portals is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling product data.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable working with ERP (SAP or other) or product data systems.
  • Clear communicator with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Bilingual (French and English) preferred.
