Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries, concerns, and product information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
- Utilize phone etiquette skills to answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and provide support as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent phone etiquette and the ability to handle difficult customers with professionalism.
- Proficient in time management to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of point-of-sale (POS) systems and cash handling procedures.
- Ability to upsell products and services to enhance the customer experience.
- Experience in retail sales is a plus.
- Experience in Social Media and Email Marketing.
