Hiring Social Media team: Content Strategist & Content Producer/ creator (Hybrid Part time or Contract · Vancouver, BC)

I'm a Film/TV actor with 21k on Instagram ( @ayishaissa) and have hit a ceiling on what I feel I can achieve alone. As a professional in film and TV, value the support of a talented and passionate team while I focus on my strengths.

The following can be executed by one very talented social media manager/ strategist while we settle in, but will likely need a dedicated content person to maximize focus.

A Social Media Manager

  • Build and execute the weekly, monthly and quarterly goal strategy behind the content

  • Manage scheduling, posting, and ensure authentic brand consistency and smooth transitions as we explore new content ideas and refine content quality.

  • Understand analytics, trends, and audience insights for instagram, tiktok, youtube, linkedin and LTK as well as how to Improve them.

  • Coordinate with Content creation as well as perform outreach.

  • Measure success in growth, conversions, and brand impact.

A Content Creator

  • Creating engaging, visually appealing and resonant content.

  • Focus on storytelling, establishing a consistent style/ formula and creative takes on current trends

  • Bring ideas to life through a series of vlogs , carousels, posts, and Reels.

  • Constantly tweaking for growth in views, engagement, shares, comments

-Creating a system / workflow to maximize productivity on content shoot days

-Make use of my un-posted content as we transition in new content

Experience


• Strong aesthetic sense and attention to detail


• Social media photo/video production and editing skills ( dayi n the life, ootd, meal prep, workout etc)


• Platform fluency (IG, TikTok, YouTube, LTK and yes, LINKEDIN) and analytics


• Public relations/brand communications


• Ability to apply corporate knowledge of social media to personal branding

About me & focus areas:

Fashion, fitness, lifestyle, and travel as well as vlogging while I try new things (cycling, skiing, hiking, horseback riding, interior design/renos, testing IG recipes—sometimes hilarious, always real). As an actor my need is more about showcasing my personality, physical skill set, engaging with and sharing day to day with followers, and sprinkling in some typical social media trends in order to attract new followers, brand partnerships and monetize the account.

Location & travel

Hybrid, Downtown Vancouver, BC ( possible travel to Puerto Rico, Gulf Islands, whistler etc)
