Junior Accountant
in the
Staffing Services Sector
in
a hybrid work environment in .
You'll support our internal Corporate Services team with invoicing, reconciliations, reporting. This role is perfect for someone who's organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic setting where priorities shift quickly.

A Day In The Life

  • Record and reconcile daily financial transactions in the accounting system.
  • Accounts payable processing.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger entries.
  • Prepare month-end and year-end closing activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.

Successful Candidates Will Have

  • 1–2 years of experience in a complex business or accounting environment
  • An excellent communicator; Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with reconciliations and journal entries.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
