Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Toronto Area, Canada, for a Design Specialist. The Design Specialist will be responsible for creating visually compelling graphic designs, conducting design research, and utilizing advanced tools like Computer-Aided Design (CAD) to create impactful visuals. The role also includes creating and improving design architectures and developing graphics for various projects. Collaboration with different teams to create cohesive designs is an integral part of the day-to-day tasks.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Graphic Design, Graphics, and creating visually appealing designs
  • Strong skills in Research and the ability to apply findings to design solutions
  • Knowledge and experience in Architecture and related design frameworks
  • Competence in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools and related design software
  • Strong attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Architecture, Fine Arts, or a related field
  • Experience in designing materials for social impact organizations is a plus
