We are looking for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to help grow our business and contribute to our future.   

The Accounts Receivable Clerks provides customer support for ISC's internal client account management system. This position is also responsible for ensuring accurate processing of account-related transactions within financial reporting and related systems. Reporting to Operations Manager, Common Registry Services, other highlights include:

  • Providing operational support for customers' inquiries, ensuring guidance and recommendation of value-added services.
  • Generating and verifying management reports and client statements.
  • Creating and maintaining customer deposit accounts, including recommendation and authorization of credit limits.
  • Processing account payments, financial adjustments, transfers, and refunds.
  • Providing confirmation of daily deposits and accounts receivable.

What you'll need:

  • Diploma or certificate in Accounting (or equivalent) and 1–2 years of related experience
  • Working knowledge of accounting processes, including accounts receivable, invoicing, payment processing, and refunds
  • Understanding of GAAP, audit standards, internal controls, and accounting cycles
  • Proficiency with accounting software, spreadsheets, databases, and word-processing tools
  • Experience with reconciliations, basic financial analysis, and variance reporting
  • Ability to learn and apply relevant legislation, policies, and financial reporting requirements
