Field Sales Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing client accounts, and driving sales growth through building distribution in LCBO stores. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding our market presence and building long-term customer relationships in LCBO stores across their territory.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outside sales activities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs
- Manage distribution goals against set objectives for territory
- Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify new opportunities for growth
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Support business development initiatives by participating in industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry products, competitors, and market conditions
Requirements
- Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales roles
- Strong negotiation and account management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach
- Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to build trustful relationships
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for travel within assigned territories

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $20,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
