Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position located in Toronto, ON. As a Leasing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing leasing processes, including touring potential residents, negotiating leases, and ensuring timely lease administration. You will focus on resident retention by delivering exemplary customer service, addressing inquiries, and fostering strong relationships with current and prospective tenants. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate records, providing detailed property information, and collaborating with colleagues to support operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Strong customer service and resident retention skills to foster positive relationships with tenants.
  • Experience with lease administration, lease agreements, and ensuring compliance with lease terms.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with residents and team members effectively.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate records and lease documentation.
  • Proficiency in property management software is an asset.
  • Prior experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
