CFI is a subsidiary of Compugen Inc. The Green 4 Good (G4G) program, managed by CFI, offers companies an effective way to solve end-of-first-life IT asset disposition while donating cash and new technology to charity. What We Do:

Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Leasing Sales Executive with deep knowledge of IT hardware financing to join our team. This role is responsible for driving leasing and financing opportunities across IT hardware, software, and services, working closely with internal stakeholders and our parent company to identify, qualify, and close new leasing business.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate, qualify, and close leasing opportunities with new and existing customers, focusing on IT hardware, software, and service-based solutions.
- Work collaboratively with our customers and our finance department to uncover and shape leasing opportunities across national accounts.
- Advise customers on financing structures that align with their business needs, including Capital Leases, Fair Market Value (FMV), and Device/Infrastructure as a Service models.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients, positioning leasing as a strategic tool to support procurement and refresh cycles.
- Create and deliver tailored leasing proposals, presentations, and financial models that articulate value and ROI.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the IT financing marketplace, trends, pricing models, and vendor programs.
- Track and report on pipeline activity, customer engagement, and performance metrics using CRM tools.
- Ensure all lease documentation is accurate and aligns with compliance, credit, and operational requirements.
Skills & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in IT leasing or financing, preferably in hardware, software, and services.
- Strong understanding of Capital, FMV, and subscription-based (DaaS) financing structures.
- Proven track record in sales or business development within the IT channel or technology services industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Experience with CRM systems and financial modeling tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
