Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our dynamic team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a variety of vehicles with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in automotive repair, strong mechanical knowledge, and proficiency with various tools and schematics. Previous dealership experience and mechanic background are highly valued. Duties

  • Perform comprehensive vehicle diagnostics and repairs using advanced tools and equipment
  • Conduct routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections
  • Repair or replace faulty parts, including engines, transmissions, and electrical systems
  • Utilize schematics and technical manuals to troubleshoot complex issues
  • Operate power tools and hand tools efficiently for assembly and repair tasks
  • Weld components as needed to ensure structural integrity of vehicle parts
  • Lift heavy components safely during repairs and maintenance procedures
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment at all times
  • Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair needs and timelines
  • Assist in vehicle assembly or disassembly processes when required

Skills

  • Proven dealership or mechanic experience with a solid understanding of automotive systems
  • Strong mechanical knowledge combined with familiarity with automotive repair techniques
  • Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and welding equipment
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical diagrams, and manuals
  • Experience with vehicle maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly
  • Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with automotive repair
  • Knowledge of safety standards related to automotive work environments
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
