Elevate Sports Recovery and Performance is a wellness destination that fuses scientifically validated therapies with the luxury of a spa. This innovative 'Sports Spa' aims to alleviate both mental and physical stress, enhance circulation, reduce inflammation, and promote natural healing. We provide an array of services, including compression therapy, infrared sauna, contrasting hydrotherapy, and massage therapy. These therapies are perfect for physical and mental recovery after an intense workout or a stressful day. Our signature 1-Hour Wellness Circuit offers an ideal way to rejuvenate both body and mind.
We cater to a lifestyle-oriented clientele, primarily aged 30-60, including marathoners and busy professionals. We align with Nike's philosophy: "If you have a body, you are an athlete."
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We seek a passionate, friendly, and professional Customer Experience Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep interest in health, wellness, sports, and fitness, a commitment to exceptional customer service, and the ability to create a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our clients. This role involves collaboration with co-workers from Elevate, interacting with clients, managing bookings, maintaining studio cleanliness, and ensuring that each guest feels pampered and valued.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Client Relations / Customer Service: Warmly greet clients, confirm and check in appointments, answer questions about the studio, curate their experience, guide clients through each step of the Wellness Circuit (compression therapy, infrared sauna, contrasting hydrotherapy), and ensure they feel welcomed, safe, and relaxed.
- Studio Ambassador: Reflect the studio's values and mission, engage with clients to build strong relationships, encourage repeat visits, create a loyal client base, and represent the studio at events and in the community.
- Appointment Management: Schedule and manage appointments, ensuring optimal booking and coordination with therapists and staff.
- Administrative Duties: Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, responding to emails, managing client records, filing client intake forms, assisting with bookings, and processing payments.
- Client Resolution: Promptly and professionally address and resolve client concerns or feedback with a positive resolution.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain thorough knowledge of studio services, treatments, classes, and products to provide clients with accurate information and recommendations.
- Sales and Upselling: Promote studio services and products to enhance client experience and increase sales.
- Studio Cleanliness: Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the studio, ensuring a serene and inviting environment.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our team and management to ensure seamless operations and exceptional client experiences.
- Additional Tasks: Perform additional tasks as needed to support daily operations and the company's objectives.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Strong experience in a customer service role or similar. Experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness, spa, kinesiology, food & beverage, or similar fields is an asset.
- Familiarity with Mindbody Software or equivalent.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to learn, high degree of self-motivation.
- Excellent communication skills, phone etiquette, and active listening.
- Positive attitude, empathy, and a willingness to help others.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team.
SCHEDULE
- Part-Time Position
- 10-20 hours per week
- Evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
