Are you an Expert Cabinet Maker with 5+ years of hands-on experience in custom millwork? We're expanding and looking for someone who takes pride in clean workmanship, excels in both laminate and wood fabrication, and thrives in a fast-paced, professional shop environment.

If you love building high-quality custom pieces and want long-term stability, this is the role for you.

What You'll Do

  • Build and assemble custom cabinets and millwork (with a strong focus on laminate fabrication)
  • Read and interpret complex blueprints and detailed shop drawings
  • Operate a wide range of shop tools and advanced machinery
  • Fabricate commercial cabinetry for clinics, offices, retail spaces, and more
  • Support and mentor junior team members when needed

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of proven cabinet-making experience (laminate and wood required)
  • Strong proficiency with shop tools, machinery, and fabrication techniques
  • Ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications
  • Leadership or mentoring experience is an asset
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality craftsmanship
