About The Opportunity
The Contract Compliance Intern will assist the team in implementing key initiatives related to
Contract Administration
and
Contract Governance
. This internship offers hands-on experience in managing compliance processes, supporting documentation, and promoting collaboration across teams. Moreover, this internship provides experience in contract lifecycle management, compliance, and governance while contributing to the NextGen Program Phase 2 roadmap. The intern will gain exposure to enterprise-level programs, collaborate cross-functionally, and develop technical and professional skills in a corporate environment.
What You'll Get To Do- Contract Administration (Support operational accuracy and documentation throughout the contract lifecycle) – 50%
- Assist in updating and maintaining trackers (e.g., Contract Obligation Tracker, Deliverables Tracker).
- Help organize and archive compliance documentation and backups.
- Contribute to creating simple Contract Knowledge Aids and SOP drafts.
- Support preparation of dashboards and reports for internal use.
Contract Governance (Support communication and training initiatives to promote compliance awareness) – 50%
Assist in coordinating compliance training sessions and onboarding activities.
- Help track training completion and resource onboarding status.
- Support communication efforts by preparing updates and reminders for stakeholders.
- Participate in monitoring program milestones and notable dates.
Skills And Experience We Value
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Interest in process documentation and data tracking.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
