Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through B2B sales strategies, telemarketing, and networking.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs, emphasizing technical features for technology and technical sales.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals effectively while aligning with company objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and forecast future sales performance.
- Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client requirements and offering suitable solutions.
- Engage in business development activities to expand the company's reach into new markets or sectors.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings to stay ahead in the marketplace.
Skills
- Proven experience in negotiation, B2B sales, inside sales, and business development roles.
- Strong understanding of marketing strategies, telemarketing techniques, and technology sales processes.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing sales pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable.
- Ability to convey complex technical information clearly and persuasively during sales presentations.
- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and closing deals effectively.
