We are seeking a highly organized
Office Coordinator
to join our team in Dorval. The ideal candidate must be
fully bilingual (English/French)
, with excellent computer skills, strong customer service experience, and bookkeeping knowledge including
receivables collection
.

Responsibilities / Responsabilités

  • Répondre aux courriels et appels téléphoniques / Answering emails and phone calls
  • Gérer la communication et la correspondance du bureau / Managing office communications and correspondence
  • Gestion des affectations et dispatching / Dispatching
  • Tenue de livres et recouvrement des comptes clients / Bookkeeping and collection of receivables
  • Offrir un service à la clientèle exceptionnel / Providing exceptional customer service
  • Autres tâches administratives selon les besoins Other administrative tasks as required

Requirements / Exigences

  • Parfaitement bilingue anglais/français / Fully bilingual in English and French
  • Excellentes compétences informatiques (MS Office, courriels, logiciels comptables) / Strong computer skills (MS Office, email, accounting software)
  • Expérience obligatoire en service à la clientèle / Previous customer service experience
  • Expérience en tenue de livres et recouvrement / Bookkeeping and receivables collection experience
  • Excellentes capacités d'organisation et de gestion des priorités / Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
