Dorval, Quebec, Canada TF Consultants inc Full time

Job description:

TF Consultants Inc. is proud to partner with SOS Floral in fulfilling its current hiring needs. Please find below the details of the open position:

About Us:

SOS Floral is a well-established flower import company, proudly operating for over 12 years. Our passionate team is fast-paced, collaborative, and dedicated to delivering fresh, beautiful flowers and exceptional service to our clients.

We're currently looking for a dynamic, bilingual team member to join us in a hybrid coordinator role. Working with us means joining a hands-on environment where every day is different, and teamwork is at the heart of our success.

Position Overview

We're looking for a friendly, bilingual sales coordinator who enjoys working directly with clients — both over the phone and in person — and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves to help with daily operations.

This is not your typical desk job — you'll be greeting customers, assisting walk-ins, taking phone orders, and helping prepare beautiful products for delivery. If you enjoy a mix of customer service, teamwork, and physical activity, this role could be a perfect fit

This role requires someone who is organized, tech-savvy, physically active, and ready to take on early mornings with a positive attitude.

Position Summary:

  • Greet and assist customers and clients — both on the phone and in person — providing excellent service and product knowledge.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Call existing clients to take orders, answer questions, and suggest seasonal products.
  • Create and manage client-facing documents and reports in Excel and PDF formats.
  • Help prepare, pack, and organize flower orders for delivery
  • Participate in inventory counts and handle products in our refrigerated storage area.
  • Assist with early-morning shipment breakdowns and logistics coordination.
  • Maintain accurate and organized digital files and client data in internal systems.
  • Update and export inventory data using Excel and internal systems.
  • Work collaboratively with the other team members to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual (English & French) – Required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and PDF formatting
  • High attention to detail and organization.
  • Previous sales or customer-facing experience (floral or wholesale industry experience is a strong asset).
  • Physically fit – able to lift boxes up to 20 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Comfortable working in a cooler/refrigerated environment when needed.
  • Reliable, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, early-morning setting (5:00 AM starts on Mondays & Thursdays; 6:30 AM on other weekdays).

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary based on your experience and skills.
  • Supportive team environment.
  • Opportunity to grow within a successful and long-standing company.
  • A meaningful role where your contributions make a real difference every day

If you're ready to contribute your skills to a fast-paced, friendly, and growing team, we'd love to hear from you

Please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining why you'd be a great fit for this role.
