Extensive teamwork and collaboration are encouraged across the modalities for the mutual benefit of improving patient outcomes and providing a rewarding experience for our employees involved in their care.Summary:Supervises the daily activities of assigned Imaging staff.Responsibilities:Performs staff responsibilities, as needed, to fulfill required service levels.Assists with the preparation of the operational capital budget under the guidance of Imaging leadership.Trains, coaches, and evaluates staff performance and sets expectations.Orders supplies and maintains appropriate inventory level in accordance with established budget.Determines, coordinates, and supervises daily staffing assignments and staffing levels.Leads service recovery efforts regarding complex patient issues and complaints to facilitate resolution.Develops and implements action plans to meet and exceed performance improvement and safety initiatives.Coordinates patient care with other members of the healthcare team to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes.Oversees equipment quality control testing, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
