Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Calgary, AB, for a Branch Manager at Megaverse Geomatics Ltd. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day branch operations, lead and manage a diverse team, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Responsibilities include managing budgets and resource allocation, maintaining client relationships through exceptional service delivery, and ensuring compliance with company protocols and industry standards. The role involves fostering team growth and driving business development strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Leadership and team management skills, with experience in driving performance and fostering professional growth.
  • Project management skills, including resource planning, budgeting, and adherence to timelines.
  • Client relationship management and communication skills, with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
  • Experience in survey services, mapping, or LiDAR scanning is highly advantageous.
  • Proficiency in geospatial technologies or relevant software tools is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Geomatics, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work both in field and office enviroment.
  • Expertise in under ground locating.
