The primary purpose of the Guest Services Supervisor role is to maintain excellent customer service while leading the team effectively. As a role model, you provide direction in a comfortable and respectful manner. In the absence of the Guest Services Manager, you are expected to seamlessly take on full leadership of the department, ensuring continuity and high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in day-to-day duties.
- Receive and process incoming customer reservations.
- Greet customers and find out what they want (dates, times, type of rooms, etc.).
- Attends to guests needs and requests.
- All other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Able to work a variety of shifts.
- Experience in a similar work environment.
- Leadership skills.
- 2 years experience in a similar work environment.
