Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain

  • Manage all purchase orders from creation to delivery, coordinating vendor communication and shipping timelines.
  • Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to enable agile inventory planning and negotiation.
  • Analyze historical sales and inventory data to recommend purchase quantities and timing.

Outbound Shipping Operations

  • Oversee 3PL performance, warehouse operations, and ERP integrations to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
  • Assist with order processing procedures, inventory management, and cycle counts to maximize availability and accuracy.
  • Monitor shipping-related costs and performance, reviewing and disputing incorrect invoices as needed.

Human Resources

  • Assist recruitment efforts, identifying high-potential candidates and streamlining hiring processes.
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and support people management across in-office and offshore teams.
  • Support company culture and policy adherence, acting as a resource for employee relations.

Support

  • Assist a customer support team focused on high satisfaction, fast response, and efficient resolution and optimize team productivity.
  • Manage the rollout of support technologies, including AI-driven chatbot and phone system enhancements.
  • Support sales efforts through item setup, retailer communication, and order processing to drive channel growth.
  • Manage and support the growth of the VIP Installer Program, focusing on engagement, structure, and results.

Design

  • Oversee asset creation and deployment for new products across Shopify, Amazon, and retail partner platforms.
  • Assist marketing content initiatives such as videos and visual assets, aligning with best practices and timelines.
  • Ensure all product launches meet brand standards and go live on time.

Process Improvement & Cost Management

  • Proactively identify and assist in researching tools, software, and workflow enhancements to cut costs and boost efficiency.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evaluate, test, and implement impactful operational improvements.

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a sharp, tech-savvy operations leader with a strong background in eCommerce and consumer goods. The ideal candidate brings a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with a proven ability to build and optimize systems, lead people, and solve problems at scale.

Skills

  • eCommerce Consumer Goods Experience
  • Technology & Systems Improvement: You've led or directly implemented tools like ERPs, WMS, or automation platforms. You're not just tech-friendly, you're tech-forward and hands-on.
  • Team Management: You've built and led high-performing teams. You know how to develop talent, set clear expectations, and foster accountability.
  • Process-Oriented Mindset: You think in systems. You design workflows that scale and rely on data and logic to drive decisions.
  • Solution-Focused: You're a proactive, relentless problem solver who thrives on untangling complex challenges and finding a better way.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen focus on data driven decision making and analysis.

Year of Experience

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics within a consumer goods or eCommerce environment
  • 4+ years of people management experience, including building, supervising, and developing high-performing teams
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and software implementation (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Shopify, WMS, automation tools); must be technically fluent and system-oriented
  • Proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving efficiency through technology and logical system design
  • Demonstrated success in problem-solving roles that required cross-functional coordination and solution development under pressure

Education

  • Bachelors degree in Business Operations Management or related field.
