Role Description

This is a full-time, remote position for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of properties, including tenant communication, maintenance coordination, and rent collection. Responsibilities include conducting property inspections, addressing tenant inquiries and concerns, and ensuring compliance with leasing agreements and property regulations. The Property Manager will also prepare financial reports, manage vendor relationships, and continuously identify ways to enhance operational efficiency and tenant satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Property Management, Real Estate, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including tenant and vendor coordination
  • Proficiency in organizational and time management skills to oversee multiple properties and priorities
  • Knowledge of lease agreements, property regulations, and financial reporting
  • Proficiency with property management software and other digital tools
  • Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is a plus, but not required
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field is preferred
