Position Overview
As a Service & Parts Advisor, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, helping them navigate their service and maintenance needs while ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish.
Manager roles are also available for qualified candidates with leadership experience, overseeing daily operations and supporting team performance.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assess their vehicle service and parts needs
- Provide clear, accurate information on recommended repairs and maintenance
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
- Maintain detailed customer records and service histories
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address concerns
- Promote additional services and products
- (Managers only) Lead team members, support workflow, and oversee department operations

Qualifications
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Automotive experience preferred (not required for all positions)
- Previous leadership or management experience (for Manager roles)
- Valid driver's license
