Job Description

Join our thriving dealership as a Service & Parts Advisor and be the cornerstone of our exceptional customer service team We are looking for a dynamic individual who excels in communication and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As a Service & Parts Advisor, you will greet customers, assess their vehicle service needs, and provide clear, accurate information on required repairs and maintenance. You will coordinate with our skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient service delivery, maintain customer records, and follow up to ensure satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting customers and assessing their vehicle service needs.
  • Providing clear and accurate information on necessary repairs and maintenance.
  • Coordinating with skilled technicians to ensure timely and efficient service.
  • Maintaining detailed customer records and service histories.
  • Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
  • Promoting additional services and products to enhance the customer experience.
