Uncle Wiener's Wholesale is seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Manager to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Performance: Meet and exceed revenue and profitability goals by implementing effective sales strategies.
  • Cost Management: Monitor and control store expenses to maximize profitability while maintaining high operational standards.
  • Inventory Optimization: Manage inventory to minimize shrinkage and ensure proper stock levels.
  • Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team to achieve store objectives and deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Operational Efficiency: Streamline processes and workflows to reduce inefficiencies and save costs.
  • Analyze Metrics: Regularly review sales data, customer feedback, and operational reports to identify growth opportunities.

  • Financial Acumen: Ability to manage budgets, forecast sales, and understand key financial metrics that impact store performance.
  • Proven experience in retail store management (preferred but not required).
