**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a dedicated Shift Manager (Food Service Supervisor) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and possess strong leadership skills to oversee daily operations effectively.

**Duties:**

  • Manage and lead a team of employees during designated shifts

  • Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

  • Supervise the kitchen and dining areas to maintain cleanliness and organization

  • Handle cash transactions and reconcile receipts

  • Conduct interviews and participate in the hiring process

  • Train new employees on company policies and procedures

**Experience:**

The following skills are required or preferred for this position:

  • Experience in the food industry

  • Proficiency in cash handling

  • Team management skills

  • Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting

  • Knowledge of supervising staff members

  • Familiarity with kitchen operations

  • Ability to conduct interviews for hiring purposes

  • Bartending or food service experience
