We're currently looking for a Customs Release Supervisor to lead our release team and keep daily operations running smoothly. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with customs brokerage experience who enjoys supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee day-to-day customs release operations
  • Monitor the brokerage queue and ensure ETAs are met
  • Assign and prioritize work for the release team
  • Support and coach team members; escalate issues when needed
  • Ensure compliance with current customs release procedures
  • Train staff on daily processes and workflows
  • Create schedules to ensure proper coverage
  • Run monthly team reports and help develop SOPs
  • Communicate staffing needs, overtime, and team concerns to management

What We're Looking For

  • Experience in customs brokerage / customs release operations
  • Previous supervisory or team lead experience preferred
  • CCS Designation preferred
  • Strong organization and time-management skills
  • Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
  • Approachable, supportive leadership style
  • Comfortable delegating and guiding team performance
