As a Client Solutions Specialist, you will lead professional services engagements with our clients and partners, including client onboarding, training, conversions, data setup and other billable services. Through needs assessment and detailed project planning, the Client Solutions Specialist will develop strong business partnerships with customers by functioning as a system expert, successfully onboarding clients and completing projects on-time and within budget.

ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES:
  • Develop and execute a coordinated project plan to manage successful client onboarding, data transitions, and other professional service engagements across the Lone Wolf platform suite
  • Deliver product training, pre-sales and post-sales application related activities and escalated application support in accordance with internal guidelines and policies for the Lone Wolf platform suite
  • Conduct comprehensive needs assessments and requirements gathering to ensure accurate solution alignment
  • Provide regular internal and external status updates highlighting accomplishments, milestones, and potential risks
  • Work directly with key client leads to provide expertise around software configuration
  • Use expertise of Lone Wolf software and customer environments to consult agencies on best practices
  • Work closely with the Business Solutions Consultant team to ensure a seamless transition from onboarding to product adoption and ongoing utilization
  • Provide clear guidance around data extracts from the Lone Wolf application so clients can take advantage of third-party APIs
  • Track project milestones and deliverables to ensure engagements remain on schedule and within budget.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of in-progress product development, product vision and Lone Wolf direction
  • Participate in internal UAT activities as required
  • Maintain a good knowledge of the real estate industry and trends within the industry
REQUIREMENTS:
  • A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field
  • Exceptional project planning skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proven track record in providing in-house and remote training
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed service standards and KPIs
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully and independently manage multiple projects and resolve issues
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; excellent presentation skills
  • Outstanding client relationship skills
  • Experience working with Product and QA to troubleshoot, test and improve products
  • Prior experience with agency systems or related software/applications preferred
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • EDUCATION: A degree in Advertising, Accounting, Business or a related field.
  • EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in client services, training, or consulting.
