Have you been working in the office, in customer service, account management, administrative, or another role in a logistics company and want to become a logistics pro ready to take ownership in a fast-paced environment? We are seeking a Logistics Specialist to join our team and support world-class clients with operational excellence

ABOUT THE ROLE:

  • Coordinate, rate, dispatch, and monitor shipments across North America using TMS and proprietary systems
  • Communicate proactively with clients and carriers to resolve issues and deliver service excellence
  • Maintain customer/vendor databases and key documentation (PARS, PAPS, Customs Cargo Control Documents)
  • Analyze operational trends and support continuous improvement initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and international trade regulations

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

  • At least 1+ years of logistics industry experience; 3PL/4PL experience is a plus
  • At least 1+ year as a logistics specialist is a hugely beneficial
  • Experience with international shipments, controlled goods, or ITAR is a strong plus
  • Strong business acumen and service-first mindset
  • CCS, CITT, or PLOG certification is an asset
  • Excellent communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends/stat holidays as needed
  • Must be a Permanent Resident or Citizen

WHO SHOULD NOT APPLY:

  • Candidates with only warehouse, forklift, or retail experience will not be considered. This role requires understanding complex logistics operations and delivering high-level service

  • Hybrid role based in Cambridge, ON
  • Must be within reasonable commuting distance
