Brandt is currently looking for a Marketing Lead Specialist in our Regina location. Reporting to the Director of CRM, the Marketing Lead Specialist is responsible for optimizing Brandt's lead generation, qualification management, and reporting processes. This role aims to generate valuable data and sales leads for our diverse sales teams, ultimately driving revenue across all product lines.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Capture, qualify, and coordinate responses to sales leads generated through Brandt's marketing and sales tactics, ensuring timely follow-up.
  • Promptly respond to inbound inquiries and forward those you cannot answer to the appropriate Brandt personnel.
  • Maintain internal Sales Team lead distribution lists.
  • Develop and optimize the marketing lead follow-up process to minimize response time and maximize close rates.
  • Maintain accurate, current, and relevant customer lead records in Brandt's CRM.
  • Provide lead or customer lists for marketing and sales purposes, including direct mailings, event invitations, territory splits, and email marketing, contingent on pre-determined approval.
  • Conduct reporting, analysis, and trend identification on sales leads to enable data-driven decisions for the Marketing & Sales Teams, enhancing the quality and quantity of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and their conversion into sales.
  • Collaborate with internal and vendor platform development teams to build and optimize tools for lead generation management.
  • Develop scorecards and dashboards to drive accountability and performance across sales organizations.
  • Optimize the lead management process to drive higher closure rates for all lead types.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by your manager.

Key performance metrics:

  • Quantity of inbound leads generated.
  • Quality of inbound leads generated.
  • Change in closure rate period-to-period
  • Response rate from lead submission to Brandt contact.
  • Customer satisfaction levels based on lead process interactions.
  • Sales Team satisfaction levels regarding the lead generation process and lead quality.

Required Skills

  • Strong understanding of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales & Marketing Pipeline management best practices.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and customer communication.
  • Advanced data analysis skills for trend identification and stakeholder reporting.
  • Skilled in process management and optimization to handle increasing lead volume and sales team size.
  • Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in lead details, data, and reporting.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address the unique aspects of each inbound lead.
  • Customer-focused, aligning with Brandt's core values to understand and address potential customer needs effectively.
