Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to grow sales within the assigned territory, focusing on new business opportunities and account expansion.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying prospects for new partnerships.
- Lead negotiations to secure contracts that align with company goals and client needs.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Manage sales pipelines using Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track progress and forecast future sales.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support regional growth initiatives.
- Provide leadership and guidance to local sales teams or representatives, ensuring alignment with overall corporate strategies.
- Prepare detailed reports on territory performance, market insights, and customer feedback for senior management review.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management, preferably within the industry.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.
- Demonstrated leadership ability to motivate teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM platforms for pipeline management and analysis.
- Solid understanding of marketing strategies relevant to regional growth initiatives.
- Analytical skills to interpret market data, sales metrics, and customer insights for strategic decision-making.
