You will work closely with leadership and key stakeholders to maintain robust controls, monitor licensing requirements, and manage processes that safeguard the business from risk.
Position Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships
- Resolve licensing issues for onboarding and renewals
- Liaise with regulators and monitor applications
- Maintain compliance monitoring programs
- Complete license applications and manage documentation
- Support digitization and process improvements
- Analyze licensing data and prepare reports
Required Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding service, presentation, and communication/negotiation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proven self-motivation and strong self-management skills.
- Highly organized with exceptional time management skills and attention to detail.
- Curiosity and a proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information effectively.
- Technical aptitude and experience with licensing platforms (e.g., Salesforce).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.
- Familiarity with compliance monitoring programs and regulatory audits.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency with data management tools and reporting systems.

Salary range is expected to be between
$50,100.00 CAD - $83,500.00 CAD
