**About the job**:
**Job Details/Essential Functions/Responsibilities**:
Manage our client’s Microsoft licenses within the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider (CSP) portal, updating license types and quantities as required.

Collaborate with Bulletproof’s sales, managed service, and finance departments to ensure alignment with client licensing requests, requirements, and billing.

Review, analyze, and recommend improvements to the organization's licensing infrastructure and processes.

Work with various departments to ensure compliance with Microsoft licensing policies.

Stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft licensing trends and advise the organization accordingly.

Provide training and support to other departments and users on Microsoft licensing policies and compliance.

**Required Skills, Attributes & Education**:
Post secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

3+ years’ experience managing Microsoft licenses, preferably in a CSP organization.

Strong knowledge of Microsoft licensing models and products, including Office 365/Microsoft 365, Azure, and Windows Server.

Experience with Microsoft’s New Commerce Experience program

Experience with Work 365 considered an asset.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Keen attention to detail

Ability to learn and navigate new systems with ease.
