Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Marketing & Special Projects Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in promoting the company's brand and aiding in marketing and other various projects that drive our business forward. This position requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and project management expertise to ensure successful execution of initiatives across both single-family and multi-family developments. This role also involves managing promotional campaigns, websites, social media channels, event coordination, and producing high-quality sales materials and signage.
Duties
- Coordinate and manage special projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Manage the company's online presence, including website updates, and social media content, and digital advertising campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and product management to deliver cohesive project outcomes. Includes creating and managing sales collateral, brochures, feature sheets, community maps, and signage as directed.
- Analyze data to track and report on marketing campaigns to gain insight on project effectiveness, return on investment in order to inform decision-making.
- Maintain consistent brand identity and company values across all print and digital materials.
- Assist with promotional campaigns, community events, and showhome openings.
- Coordinate sponsorships, community partnerships and public relation initiatives.
- Coordinate the design and production of project-specific materials, including both contractual and sales materials - brochures, renderings, flow charts, project summaries, floorplans, and site signage.
- Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
Skills
- Strong graphic design sense and proficiency in applicable programs (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, etc.) is mandatory.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail, and a self starter, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while managing multiple priorities effectively, as well as the ability to work independently.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to convey ideas clearly.
- Experience in marketing or project coordination (experience in homebuilding, real estate, or development is an asset).
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an asset but no required.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 per week
