Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive dealership team. The Service Advisor acts as the primary point of contact for customers needing vehicle maintenance or repairs, ensuring a seamless and positive service experience. This role requires strong communication skills, mechanical knowledge, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have dealership or mechanic experience and be comfortable upselling services to meet customer needs while maintaining integrity and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally, establishing a positive rapport.
  • Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues.
  • Explain recommended services and repairs clearly, ensuring customer understanding.
  • Prepare detailed work orders for technicians, including necessary parts and labor estimates.
  • Upsell additional services or maintenance based on customer needs and vehicle requirements.
  • Follow up with customers regarding vehicle status and ensure their satisfaction upon completion of service.
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of automotive repair procedures, dealership services, and current promotions.
  • Assist in promoting dealership services through effective communication and sales techniques.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
