Responsibilities
Provides administrative support for the maintenance and operation of the Sapperton office; liaises with property management staff or third party service provides on requested building and equipment repairs or improvements. Coordinates internal, Canada Post and couriered mails for CMBC working with TransLink Shared Services administrative support and business units. Oversees the maintenance and servicing of pool vehicles by scheduling repairs, maintenance, testing and cleaning as required. Coordinates and administers Sapperton building access passes. Coordinates building maintenance services for Sapperton offices. Monitors Conference Centre and Training room bookings and assists with reconfiguring furniture, etc to meet user requirements.

Education
Qualifications
High School graduation and completion of courses in office administration would be an asset.

Experience
Requires (6) six months of previous experience in a large office setting and up to (6) six months in position to become familiar with Translink procedures, policies and the use of various computerized photocopying machines and related equipment.

Recruitment Process: An applicant will be required to demonstrate their suitability for this position by meeting the minimum level of qualifications and experience in order to be invited into the selection process. A standard interview format will be used including general, scenario and behavioural descriptive interview questions.

Rate of Pay
Salary $4,485 - $5,376 per month (Actual salary offered will be commensurate with education, experience and internal parity).
