Position Overview:

Amico Affiliates is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Document Controller. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project documentation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely distribution of documents to internal teams and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage all project documentation, including drawings, specifications, correspondence, and reports.
  • Implement and enforce document control procedures, ensuring compliance with company and client standards.
  • Ensure proper version control and tracking of revisions.
  • Distribute documents to project team members and stakeholders as required.
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure document integrity.
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and filing for audits or project reviews.
  • Support the team in maintaining a structured and accessible document management system.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience as a Document Controller, preferably on large construction or infrastructure projects.
  • Familiarity with document management software and project control systems (e.g., Aconex, Procore, SharePoint).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities.
  • Understanding of construction documentation standards and compliance requirements.
