We're looking for a highly motivated Digital Marketing Coordinator to support our growing roster of clients across social media, digital marketing, and light administrative tasks. If you live and breathe content, stay ahead of trends, and enjoy bringing ideas to life, this could be the perfect role for you.

This is a part-time remote position with flexible hours. While candidates located in or near Canmore are a bonus, we welcome applicants from anywhere in Canada.

What You'll DoSocial Media Management & Content Creation

  • Assist with planning, scheduling, and publishing social media content across multiple client accounts
  • Support the creation of engaging content including captions, graphics, short-form videos, and story concepts
  • Conduct social trend forecasting to ensure content stays timely and relevant
  • Help grow and engage online communities through thoughtful and consistent content
  • Generate social media reports to illustrate how accounts and content are performing across platforms.

Creative & Visual Support

  • Create high-quality graphics using Canva or similar design tools
  • Support the development of content themes, campaign ideas, and brand-aligned creative concepts
  • Assist with basic video editing for Reels, TikToks, and other social formats
  • Maintain brand aesthetic across platforms and adhere to brand guidelines

Digital Marketing Support

  • Assist in setup and management of Meta ads (Facebook/Instagram)
  • Google Ads experience is an asset, but not required
  • Support with reporting and analytics across platforms

Administrative & Team Support

  • Assist with content calendars, filing assets, and general marketing admin
  • Attend internal meetings to support campaign planning and execution
  • Collaborate with our team to bring ideas to life and ensure deliverables are on time
  • Occasional client communications
  • Potential event planning / execution support

Who You Are

You are creative, proactive, and passionate about digital marketing and social media. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoy variety in your work. You take ownership of your tasks, pay attention to detail, and bring fresh ideas to the table. You are highly organized, excellent at deadline management, and a creative problem solver.

Qualifications & Nice-to-HavesRequired

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in social media and/or digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin, and current social media trends
  • Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools
  • Strong writing and communication skills

Assets

  • Experience running Meta ads
  • Basic video editing and short-form content creation skills
  • Google Ads experience
  • Experience working with small businesses or multiple client accounts
  • Currently pursuing or completed education in Digital Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
