What You Need To Have:
- Passion, motivation, and focus
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to influence, negotiate and mediate effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ability to be creative and persuasive in negotiating.
- Ability to exhibit professionalism with a positive attitude under pressure.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.

- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.
- Clear Driver's Abstract.
- Valid OMVIC registration.
- Valid Ontario G Driver's License.
What You're Responsible For:
- Outbound Sales Calls: Making outbound calls to our huge customer database to prospect for new sales as well as prospecting elsewhere to fill your sales funnel.
- Social Media: Creating social media content to engage and bring in customers
- Incoming Sales Traffic: Handling incoming sales traffic – on the phone, internet, and on the floor
- Product Knowledge: Attend factory-sponsored and dealer-specified training classes as scheduled by management. In addition to self-study to gain and maintain a strong knowledge or our products
- Sales Process: Following our sales process to make connection with the customer, find out their needs and motivations, give them an excellent product presentation and demonstration, and closing the sale.
- Closing: Close sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating prices; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collect payments.
- 5 Star Delivery: Coordinating the delivery of the vehicle with the customer as well as our internal staff to make sure that it is ready on-time and paperwork is completed accurately. Always respecting the customer's time and avoiding disappointments for the special moment they take home their new vehicle.
