**Duties**
- Engage with customers to understand their automotive needs and preferences.
- Provide detailed information about vehicles, including features, specifications, and pricing.
- Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities to potential buyers.
- Negotiate sales agreements and close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and dealership inventory.
- Collaborate with sales support staff to ensure smooth transaction processes.
- Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities.

**Skills**
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or automotive environments.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and close sales confidently.
- Proficient in basic math for calculating payments and financing options.
- Knowledge of the automotive market and dealership operations is a plus.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and addressing customer concerns.
