**Summary**

We are seeking a motivated New Car Sales Consultant to join our team at Downsview Chrysler. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering outstanding customer experiences and driving sales growth.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle solutions.
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing deals.
- Utilize CRM software to track leads and manage the sales pipeline effectively.
- Conduct negotiations to ensure customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.
- Provide high-quality customer service throughout the buying experience.
- Maintain knowledge of inventory and assist customers with product selection.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance dealership performance.
- Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

**Qualifications**
- OMVIC License
- Valid Ontario Driver's License (G or G2)
- Previous Sales Experience
- Strong negotiation skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- High energy and a positive attitude.
- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are an asset.

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
