We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Restaurant Staff to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. Responsibilities will include assisting with various tasks in the restaurant, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation, and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist guests as they enter the restaurant, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, utilizing upselling techniques to enhance guest experience.
  • Prepare and serve food and beverages while adhering to food safety standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area, kitchen, and restrooms throughout shifts.
  • Handle cash transactions responsibly, ensuring accurate cash handling practices.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting shortages as needed.

Experience

. SHAWARMA EXPERIENCE PREFERED

  • Previous experience in the food service or restaurant industry is preferred but not required.
  • Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain a safe dining environment.
  • Strong math skills for handling cash transactions and processing payments accurately.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A positive attitude with a willingness to help others and provide outstanding customer service is crucial for success in this role.
