Job Summary:

The ERP Sustainment Operations Manager is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and ongoing support of HSIO's global ERP environment. This role leads day-to-day ERP sustainment operations, including incident management, user support, vendor coordination, and operational prioritization across support, enhancements, and minor initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own global ERP production support and sustainment activities
• Lead resolution of high-severity incidents and production outages
• Provide leadership and backup coverage for ERP support resources
• Manage ERP AMS vendors and system integrators
• Prioritize operational support, enhancements, and minor initiatives
• Monitor support metrics and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field
• 7+ years ERP production support experience
• 3+ years leadership or managerial experience
• Experience supporting manufacturing or supply chain ERP systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with QAD ERP
• Experience supporting global organizations
• Familiarity with ITIL practices
