Skyview Ranch Physiotherapy is a multidisciplinary clinic with services that consist Physiotherapy services for MVA's, WCB's, Chiropractic services and Acupuncture/TCM .

We are looking for an experienced, friendly, energetic, and organized individual to join our team. This position will start ASAP as part-time.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Welcomes patients and visitors by greeting patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
  • Optimizes patients' satisfaction, provider time, and treatment room utilization by scheduling appointments in person or by telephone
  • Maintains patient accounts by obtaining, recording, and updating personal and financial information
  • Obtains revenue by recording and updating financial information; recording and collecting patient charges; billing and spreadsheet management; filing, collecting, and expediting third-party claims
  • Processing incoming and outgoing mail, courier and faxes
  • Help Therapists at the back setting up treatment modalities/cleaning beds.
  • Bank reconciliation, admin job responsivities as assigned by the clinic director.

Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in a medical setting (i.e. physiotherapy clinic, chiropractic clinic, medical office) is required.
  • Drive and self-motivation, as well as excellent communication skills and emotional intelligence
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude, with strong people skills
  • Reliable, dedicated and customer-focused
  • Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn and navigate new responsibilities.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
