Our client is an innovative and fast-growing technology company committed to making clean, efficient, and sustainable energy accessible to all.

Lead, eCommerce will be responsible for leading all digital marketing and initiatives to accelerate online growth and performance. This role oversees the strategy, execution, and optimization of all digital channels to drive sales, engagement, retention, and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the eCommerce vision, roadmap, and D2C strategy.
  • Lead performance marketing and paid media efforts across search, social, display, SEO, CRM, UX/UI, merchandising, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Build and oversee the eCommerce roadmap, ensuring alignment between business and technology initiatives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver new website features and ongoing improvements.
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies and technology providers to scale digital performance.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering innovation, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and optimize ROI.
  • Report on campaign and channel performance, providing actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Act as an internal eCommerce expert, sharing best practices and thought leadership across teams.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • 7+ years of eCommerce experience, including leadership responsibilities with Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven leadership experience, including building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of Marketing technology, traffic acquisition, conversion rate optimization (CRO), and digital commerce best practices.
  • Proven experience in leveraging automation for user acquisition and retention.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience in performance modeling and marketing analytics.
