Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service/Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service while also identifying opportunities to upsell products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and handle customer inquiries will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Duties

  • Provide outstanding customer service
  • Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information while ensuring a positive experience.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date sales records.
  • Utilize effective phone etiquette to engage with customers professionally and courteously.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling products and services based on customer needs.
  • Analyze customer feedback and sales data to improve service delivery and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Merchandising and pricing new items as they arrive
  • Some lifting required

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks efficiently with attention to detail.
  • Strong analysis skills to interpret customer feedback and sales data effectively.
  • A proactive approach to upselling products based on customer needs.
